HOW TO BEST RECEIVE

This is not something to simply watch. This is an experience you enter. A field.

Create a window of uninterrupted space where you can fully let go + allow yourself to be immersed in the journey.

We recommend:

  • Wear headphones — music + frequency are an intentional part of the activation.

  • Find a private, comfortable space where you feel safe to fully feel, move, breathe + express.

  • Remove distractions — silence your phone, close your computer tabs + let the outside world wait.

  • Bring water + a journal for anything that wants to move through or land afterward.

  • Come without expectation. You don’t need to figure anything out or make anything happen.
