The Daily
Heart-Coherence
Meditation
calibrate before you create
A free morning coherence practice for heart-led creators + New Earth Conduits
Open your heart, clear your channel, calibrate to the frequency of your soul—and enter the day available for what is yours to create.
HEART FIRST.
CREATION SECOND.
EVERY DAY.
Every morning, you wake up with a choice.
Unconsciously step back into yesterday’s momentum, with…..
the phone
the noise
the thousand frequencies already asking for your attention
... or return to the heart and intentionally choose the consciousness you create from.
The Daily Heart-Coherence Meditation gives you 20 minutes to make that choice with purpose.
OPEN
THE HEART
Shift out of mental noise and into the intelligence of the heart, where knowing can become louder than thought.
CLEAR
THE CHANNEL
Let the static settle. Create space between your own signal + and the thoughts, emotions + external frequencies competing for your attention.
CALIBRATE
TO YOUR SOUL
Return to the frequency beneath the noise — your truth, inner knowing + deeper direction.
BECOME
AVAILABLE
Open yourself to the idea, vision, impulses + creations waiting for enough quiet to find you/asking to move through you.

We are activating a global movemente of Heart-Coherence
OOOM exists to serve the beings rendering it here + now.
The creators, visionaries, artists + conduits whose lives and creations bring new possibilities into the world.
We believe the heart is the original operating system of truth—and when what you create moves through coherence, love + soul, it carries a different frequency into the world with it.
What becomes possible changes.
The New Earth takes shape through what you create + how you choose to be while creating it.
Everything inside OOOM is built in service of that, out of the mind, into the heart, into creation.
We are here for the beings creating what comes next.
